Nurses: Day one 7.2 contact hours. Day two 6.6 contact hours. This offering has been approved by the Kentucky Board of Nursing, expiration date July 1, 2000. To meet KBN requirements and receive contact hours, participants must attend the entire sessions, participate in pre and post tests when applicable, and evaluate the offering. Late arrivals and early departures will result in the loss of contact hours. Kentucky Board of Nursing approval of an individual nursing continuing education provider does not constitute endorsement of program contents.
CNE provided by Saint Joseph HealthCare, Inc.
Application has also been made for continuing education credits for RTs and MDs. For each days program, requirement for successful completion will include attendance at entire program and completion of evaluation form.
Respiratory therapists interested in CEU's may want to make a special effort to take advantage of this educational offering since the Kentucky Society for Respiratory Care will not be holding an annual 3-day meeting this year.
